A Message from Discovery Education:
First, let us say how sorry we are for all of our NJ educators who are experiencing hardships due to Hurricane Sandy. We have been watching the news and can not believe the devistation and sadness as a result of this tragic storm.
Due to the fact that our host school is still closed and out of power we are postponing our event on Saturday Nov 3rd.
We are sure that many of you have much more important things on your minds right now.
We hope to reschedule our event for early December. We will be sending you a link to re-register as soon as arrangements are made.
Please take care and be safe and know that we are all thinking about you.

Join the Discovery Education team for a free professional development workshop to help you go "Beyond the Textbook" with your instructional practices. Attendees will cycle through a series of workshops that provide practical strategies you can use in your classrooms the next day.
We'll highlight free resources as well as those found within Discovery Education STREAMING and TECHBOOK. No matter what subject or grade level you teach, you'll learn new ideas, strategies and tools you can use with your students. Plus, you'll have the opportunity to connect with colleagues from all over New Jersey and beyond.
